Newcastle College, Parsons Tower

Refurbishment of an 11 storey in-situ concrete framed building within the Newcastle College campus. The upper storey of the building was demolished and replaced with a new steel framed roof structure. Additional lifts were  provided internally. The building was completely re-clad and will provide a ‘state of the art’ teaching facility.
