3e previously worked with the leading fast food chain, McDonalds.

Manufacturing and installing drive-thru restaurants throughout the UK, our client Britspace installed over 400 restaurants in total.

A perfect example of how offsite construction enables earlier occupancy and therefore a faster return on revenue was demonstrated for McDonalds, by installing a fully operational restaurant in just 1 day. From arriving on site, the restaurant opened its doors to the first customers just 24hours later.

Building comprises cold formed steel joists and studs.
