Up market residential development consisting of 10 single occupancy semi-detached/terrace town houses and single occupancy residential flat and maisonette flat. Traditional build masonry with trussed timber roofs, pre-cast floors and supported on trench fill foundations. Loose steels were installed to help support the asymmetrical properties.
