New high quality and sustainable residential development on a 13.1 acre site which included a former electronic factory demolished in 2008.

The redevelopment forms part of the South Shields Riverside Regeneration Masterplan alongside five other neighbourhoods and is expected to take six years to complete.

Consisting of 199 new build family houses, as well as 24 apartments, all properties will be built to meet Level 3 of the Government’s Code for Sustainable Homes

3e were appointed to undertake design of the roads and sewers to adoptable standards along with external levels and plot drainage.  Foundation proposals were also undertaken
