Development of a 18th Century former woollen mill in the city centre transformed into 100 luxury apartments.
Many of the 6 storey mills original features were retained where possible including, sand blasted brickwork, wooden window cills and stonework.
3e services involved assessments of the capacity of the existing construction in cast/wrought iron, timber and masonry. Modifications to the existing structure were required to comply with requirements for progressive collapse and to incorporate extra floor and lift services.
