Mixed use redevelopment at the Philadelphia Complex incorporating a number of existing listed buildings which were originally constructed as part of a colliery complex. The development will comprise residential units, a supermarket, a pub/restaurant and office/light industrial. The listed buildings within the site are to be retained. In addition the development will include a new road to link with Chislehurst Road in the North.

3e were appointed to undertake the following:-

  • Design of the new link road, new roundabout on Philadelphia Lane and new signalled junction on the B1286.
  • Design of the new drainage infrastructure for the overall development which includes surface water storage ponds as attenuation for the development.
  • Undertake earthworks review to determine development platforms
