Conversion of a riverside Victorian mill converted into 119 stylish and contemporary one and two bedroomed apartments and studios, all boasting a riverside setting with views over the waterfront and surrounding countryside, echoing 3e’s highly acclaimed renaissance scheme at Millroyd Island, Brighouse.  Many of the former textile mills original features including the roof timbers and steel columns were retained as part of the scheme.

The development also featured the Boat House which comprises of 1 and 2 bedroomed riverside apartments, the majority of which are duplexes,

3e services involved assessments of the capacity of existing construction in cast/wrought iron timber and masonry.  Modifications to the existing structure were required to comply with requirements for progressive collapse and to incorporate extra floors and lift services.
