Refurbishment of an existing development in the conversation area adjacent to the riverside.   The refurbishment consists of 28 affordable flats, 21 of which are single bed living spaces, four two bed apartments and one a wheelchair accessible apartment each with its own modern facilities.  

A central atrium space was created to provide communal space and the creation of a roof garden on the second floor provides an outdoor space that can be enjoyed by all residents.
