Framework Agreement with Aldi Stores Ltd to provide engineering services for new or extended stores throughout North East England and Scotland.

The framework also includes mixed use schemes such as retail units attached to Aldi Stores, a Travelodge Hotel above the Aldi Store in Middlesbrough, and stores with industrial/work units alongside.  This has seen 3e work on many extensions and new builds per year since 2006 throughout a region stretching from the Northern Scotland down to North Derbyshire.

Work on these projects includes structural design, civil engineering design, including highway works, geotechnical engineering and attenuation analysis where required.

Construction techniques include load bearing precast concrete walls with timber trusses and steel framed structures.
