West Denton Redevelopment
3e were part of an ambitious multi-phase regeneration programme to transform a Newcastle city housing site in conjunction with Nomad E5/ ISOS Group. The £3.5m plan seen the demolition and site clearance of existing flats and the replacement of them with a mixture of flats, houses and bungalows. The new properties are of timber framed construction, giving high standards of insulation, to comply with modern methods and providing speed of construction.
