Mel has extensive experience of retail, industrial and office developments and has been responsible for major stadia developments at Elland Road, Leeds and Celtic Park, Glasgow.

Andy Pearson, BSc CEng MIStructE
Andy is responsible for 3e’s structural designs for the retail, industrial, commercial and modular industry. He has also led the way to integrate modular concepts into traditional projects in the sports, retail, leisure and commercial sectors. He has also engineered projects overseas in Europe, Egypt and the Caribbean.

Stan heads up 3e’s geo-environmental services and has extensive site experience. His varied background enables Stan to take a broad view of a client’s needs and he integrates the geotechnical aspects into our designs.

John Myers IEng AMIStructE
John heads up 3e’s Newcastle office and has over 30 years experience as a structural engineer. His experience across the Retail, Commercial and Sport sectors includes projects at the MetroCentre, various Aldi Stores, office developments in Newcastle and stadia for Newcastle United FC, Sunderland AFC, the Newcastle Falcons RFC and Leicester City FC. John’s experience also covers substantial restoration and refurbishment projects including Seaham Hall. In addition, John has a vastly experienced team dedicated to the Housing sector.
