Thorpe Park
Thought to be the third largest business park in the country, 3e is working at Thorpe Park in Leeds on its expanding Northern Sector. Once complete, the Business Park will cover over 270 acres and offer 1.8m sq ft of office space set within tranquil landscaped parkland.
One of the units has been built with sustainability in mind, and has achieved an excellent BREEAM rating.
3e provided geo-environmental, structural, and civil engineering on the business park, which was designed to ensure a sustainable commercial community which includes a hotel and health care facility.
